Excellent newly refurbished room with nice big windows, high ceiling, beautiful curtains, large bathroom done with high quality natural stone material etc. Very good newer madras and wide beds. Excellent breakfast with fantastic coffee machine, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, cheese, meat you name it! Very comfortable and large room for the breakfast. Staying in the hotel gives a good feeling of respect / self-respect, by far not a cheep budget low class tourist feeling. Good location with respect to shopping in the Outlet or traversing Italy for vacation.
The only minus I could find was the poor shower door which let the water escape to the bathroom floor.

The hotel is comfortable and located not far from Serravalle outlet. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast -- usual -- pastry, yogurt, fruit salad, meat and cheese and some beacon with eggs. Receptionist Simon was very polite and helpful,he was the only person who speaks English
You have no possibility to go somewhere in the evening. Pizzeria nearby (cash only) or the restaurant of the hotel. Nobody in the restaurant speaks English, a lot of groups dining, so three stuards running all the time and it is a problem to make an order ala carte (set menu not good), because first of all you have to catch a stuard, than you need him to understand that you need English menu, then you need him to understand what you want (we were compelled to ask a Simon -- receptionist to help us), than you wait for a long time time for your dinner . It is not bad, usual, but too solty. Prices do not correspond to the quality and service

We had bugs in our room and we asked for another room. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide us a double room, but a single which was dirty and with bugs as well. Next day we got a proper room, but the overall impression was already bad. The breakfast was good in the first day, but after they didn't provide enough food for everyone. I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant, the pasta was cold, lack of dessert.

The staff was helpful: the room temperature was quickly adjusted (to warmer) when we asked so. Breakfast was excellent.
The room was full of bedbugs (cimici).

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Very quiet room, no sounds from neighbours, even though a large bus group had just booked in. Good breakfast.
Wifi only worked for a short while, couldn't be reactivated. Careful when using navigation units, our tomtom sent us somewhere else.

The hotel is fine. No problems. But be careful if using Google to find the hotel. It marks a building 5 km away in the countryside which indeed belongs to the MyOne hotel, but it's a building site! We only found the real hotel after driving back into Marengo.

Smart hotel, good fascilities, clean, exellent value esp if booked online.
Only downside-the restaurant. Main dish sent back twice-stale ravioli which was undercooked & salty. No hotel manager or assistant manager on duty,so complaint was dealt with by receptionist.

Standard hotel for business trip, but it was nice to spent there one night with my family. The behaviour and proffesionality of staff was really excellent. They like their job.
Location is not ideal for family stay, but quiet, safe area.
